mpass.live is a digital wallet platform that stores and manages loyalty credits, gift cards, charity points, vouchers, and related program data on behalf of consumers and program partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect: We collect information you provide when creating or using your wallet, including your name, email address, phone number, and any program enrollment details. We also collect wallet activity, transaction history, and program preferences.
How we use information: We use your information to operate the wallet, deliver digital assets, process redemptions, prevent fraud, maintain balances, and communicate with you about programs you have joined. Where needed, we share limited information with merchants, coalition partners, or payment providers only to complete the transaction or administer the applicable program.
Stripe Connect: All cash and credit transactions are processed through Stripe Connect. Funds are held and managed within the Stripe Connect environment according to Stripe's terms and applicable law.

These Terms of Service govern your use of mpass.live, including loyalty credits, gift cards, charity points, product vouchers, meal vouchers, and related wallet services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Digital wallet and credit balances: mpass.live stores digital value in the form of credit balances, vouchers, and program entitlements. These balances are not cash, are not bank deposits, and do not have cash surrender value unless a program partner explicitly states otherwise in writing.
No cash surrender value: Unless required by law or expressly stated by the issuing program, gift cards and similar wallet credits cannot be redeemed for cash and do not create a claim to cash reimbursement.
Stripe Connect handling: All related cash and credit transactions are processed through Stripe Connect. Funds are held and managed within the Stripe Connect account structure for settlement, balancing, refunds, and related program administration, subject to Stripe's terms of service and applicable law.
Acceptable use: You agree to use mpass.live only for its intended purpose and not to attempt to convert wallet credits to cash through unauthorized means.
